細かな手仕事で組まれた四方転びは、繊細さと堅牢さの両方を合わせ持つ技術です。ミラーとの組み合わせにより、奥行き感と複雑な陰影の美しいミラーに仕上げました。

misto mirror SHIHOKOROBI

SHIHOKOROBI is made with a technique which requires both advanced skills and experience. The detailed handiwork of Shihokorobi combines beauty and strength to create intricate shadows. When paired with a mirror, it forms a beautiful inter-play of depth and shadow.

木工芸の四方転びを、アクリル素材に置きかえたアートワーク。透過と反射によってつくりだされる奥行き感、光の面白さの表現に挑戦しました。

misto mirror ACRYLIC SHIHOKOROBI

ACRYLIC SHIHOKOROBI is a piece of art made by applying the woodworking tech-niques of Shihokorobi to acrylic materials. it weaves color and light by focusing on the phenomenon of reflection. A sense of depth is created through light penetra-tion and reflection, creating interest in the light.

MAGEKUMIKO demonstrates the beauty of the joiner and bending techniques which are characteristic of Awa Sashimono. The design is simple, requiring preci-sion and technical accuracy. An air of tension is juxtaposed with softness, high-lighting beautifully executed curves.
